Upload the Section 22 notice
After settlement, the new owner must notify the owners corporation of the change of ownership (section 22, Strata Schemes Management Act 2015). Upload the signed notice here and we will update the strata roll. There is no fee.
We need the new owner's email address. Levy notices, meeting papers and the welcome pack are sent by email, and it is the item most often missing from notices — please obtain it from your client before submitting.
